HACC employees are facing a unionization vote

This vote to unionize is primarily driven by a desire for employees to have a greater say in decisions that impact the education and experience of students.

“Shared governance” means having a voice at the table, but when you join a union you lose your seat entirely. Instead, the union stands between you and your employer.

It is important to note the Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) has a long history of ignoring their members’ constitutional rights. They are one of the most politically active unions in the United States, spending nearly $20 million dollars on political campaigns.

If you are interested in learning more about your rights, we want to help. Fill out the form to request to be connected with one of our staff members.
